SIGNIFICANCE OF WEARING ORNAMENTS

This topic gives explanation as to : why we wear Ear stud , Bangles , Nath(Nose ring), Metti , Mangal sutra.
Ornaments and Jewels are considered fashionable all over the globe. But in ancient times, Indians & majority of Hindu women used these ornaments, mainly made of Gold and some Silver, with so beautiful crafting and designs, all the good work of handcrafted by goldsmiths. They wore jewellery items not just for show, but with some inner meaning to it.
There were 36 kinds of essential jewellery & ornaments used during Vedic era, each signifying body mechanism. Though the rich, affordable and King's family had it all, even the poorer of poorest did wear most common items. Most of the jewels & ornaments are not in common use these days. Each part of human body is divided into two parts - Upper and lower level. In the lower part (i.e. below naval) they used all silver made items, wherein in the upper portion they used Gold made ornaments

1.Ear Stud :This ornament is mostly made of Gold with innumerable designs and fashions. Some in Gold with stones and some with plain Gold designs. This is considered to be the most important ornament and from childhood days Hindu girls are given this ornament. Ear piercing takes place on completion on one full year.
The reasons for wearing these stead is :Human anatomy, a precise location of parts in our body, was an easy accessible subject for the astrologers in those days. They found out that half of the problem occurring for human body is either because of renal failure or of bowel not cleared daily. And rest half is by food habits and dieted propositions. And they easily got the link, that an important nerve connecting the Brain, Cervical and Kidney is passing through a persons right ear and if the pressure there could be controlled, then the kidney functioning can be just maintained and protected from damages. Also piercing their ear and wearing some ornamental ear stead found another mode of controlling the kidney bladder. In the earlier days, erring students were never beaten or slapped, but teachers used to pull the ears of the boys. It is said pulling ones ear frequently increases the memory power and also controls the renal functions.

2.Nath( Nose Ring) : It is widely believed and thought that the nose is exclusively for sensual smell and breathing only. But in a well established practices, this theory manipulates, that it connects with emotional, sexual and romantic propositions too! That's what the decorative ornaments and jewels to the Nose apparently causes - not only beautifying, but also significantly adds value to the marital life as well!
A piece of stead-like ornament worn by women in their nose, commonly known as nose-ring and nose stead. (known as Mukkuthi or Mookuthi in Tamil and Nath in Hindi) The custom to wear this ornamental jewel is typically different from one state to other, one caste to other and even different amongst communities. Some use it in their left nose, some at right and few wear it in both sides of their nose. Though it is mainly used for beautifying women, the in-depth meaning can't be termed as unfound myth. It is considered as a breath regularizing and some say it is just to eliminate the poison coming out while exhaling carbon. But traditions apart, every community and caste, without any barrier uses this nose-stead. According to the Indian medicine, the female who get her nose pierced is assumed to experience less pains while delivering the child. The reason behind this belief is, through the piercing some vein is pressed that makes the childbirth easier. It is said that Ayurvedic (The oldest Vedic scripts that refer to Medicine and part of Vedic Resources) medicine associates nostril's piercing location with the female reproductive organs. That's why you need get the ear pierced by an experienced goldsmith, who knows by touching the skin, whether or not any nerve pass through the specific portion. While piercing the ear or nose, no passing nerve system should be disturbed or wounded, hence much care has to be taken for piercing. The Abharana Bhushana Vidhi states, that wearing a nose ring or a nose stead is a must for a women, if one needs to enjoying life in its pleasurable counts. True. the carbon emanated during the sexual union, the poisonous emission is minimized due to the wearing of a metallic (Gold, Silver) ornament in the nose. Also, the oculists believed, it is very difficult to bring into control or hypnotize or mesmerize the women who wear such sort of Mookuthi , functions as a controlling the brainwave length thus avoiding a surrender to the opponent who try to hypnotize.

3.Bangles :The Bangles used by women are normally in the wrist part of ones hand and its constant friction increases the blood circulation level. Also the pulse beat in this portion is mostly checked for all sort of ailments. Or so it is believed. Further more the electricity passing out through outer skin is again reverted to one's own body because of the ring shaped bangles, which has no ends to pass the energy outside but to send it back to the body. This way a women gains her strength which is presumably wasted otherwise. So the ancient Hindus gave shape to this item called Bangles and later it got molded in to many shapes and designs to add more attraction and beautification. Amongst other varieties of ornaments Bangle is most important for any women, it is felt and that too if it is made of Gold then only it gives you the aforesaid values & meaning.

4.Ring : The most vital is its function and connectivity, the fourth finger from the Thumb, known as the ring finger is identified with the Star-Sun. It is widely believed, that the nerve passing through this finger is evenly spread to the entire brain neuron cells and any frequent metallic friction caused in this finger is very good for one's health. It also improves one's general capacity in handling his/her life with ease and confidence. That's why all over the world, they use gold rings for men and women, very commonly in this finger
5.Mangalsutra : Every married women used to get a Mangalsutra. This is mostly made in gold as an identifiable mark for married women. Hindu women hold the mangalsutra, to be a very significant bond with their husband. This too is believed to regularize a women's blood circulation. This is also said to control the body pressure levels to a maximum extent, as Indian women tend to work hard, more than her male counterpart. The most important thing to note about this Thirumangalyam is, that it should always be hidden or covered in the inner garments. Just because of the constant friction of the metal gold touching the body portion directly, the effect will be more to gain the said benefits. However, if the same is worn outside the clothes and making it visible to everyone, then the effect is reduced

6.Kammarpatta: (Jewelery knowingly used by Indian women as Hip Belt ) but the usage of this is not common. It is very particularly used to control women from getting fatter and to avoid flabs in hip and pot belly. Since no women uses these days this ornament, one can see the results that is visible!.

7.Metti (Toe Ring): (bichiya in Hindi ,jodavi (जोडवी) in Marathi) : It is worn by Indian married women in general and is made of Silver. This is a ring with two or three line rounds, worn in their second finger from toe. By wearing this in both feet, it is believed, that their Menstrual cycle course is regularized with even intervals. This gives good scope for conceiving to married women. Also it is said just because that particular nerve in the second finger from toe, also connects the uterus and passes through heart. Because of this, the constant friction caused while walking and doing all sorts of chores during a day, it revitalizes the productivity organs. Silver being a good conductor, it also absorbs the energy from the polar energies from the earth and passes it to the body, thus refreshing whole body system.

If one is agreeing with these contents or not, in general everyone is aware of the fact, that these ornaments were and are being used by most of the Indian women. As a matter of fact, the interest in wearing all sorts of ornaments are in the increase, one can judge from sale of Gold in the Indian Markets. For some it is a display of wealth. For many it is really an investment mode. For a few it is compulsion of social status. And for many it is a distant Dream.

YOGSHASTRA CONCEPT IN VASTUSHASTRA

 YOGSHASTRA AND VASTUSHASTRA
Eastern thinking considers Vastu to be a living soul acting as a companion to the Vastu occupants. In the Hindu ethos, every goddess is invariably associated with its own divine vehicle or chariot - Nandi the carrier of Shiva, lotus the carrier of Laxmi and Brahma, Garuda the carrier of Vishnu etc. this divine relationship is also evident between a person and his home. the ritual of Vastu shanti aims at removing negative elements from the living space inside the Vastu and replacing these with constructive  cosmic  powers.
When we consider the flow of energy within a Vastu and the role of deities associated with Vastu directions, remarkable similarity between the concepts of Yogshastra and Vastushastra can be perceived.
Yogshastra speaks of three basic energy streams in a human body:
1. Ida, the Chandra Nadi
2. Pingala, the Surya Nadi
3. Sushumna, the Brahma Nadi
Ida stream is associated with the North and East directions. This stream is considered as the bliss flowing from material happiness and contentment of the five senses. New beginnings should be made, good work initiated, and important decisions taken only in the stream of Ida Nadi.
As per Vastushastra guidelines, a house or a dwelling should be constructed on a plot in such a manner that the extra side margins are available to the East and North. This ensures that Pranik bliss is bestowed on all the occupants. In Vastu-Purush-Mandal, Soma (moon) is the deity of the North direction.
Pingala or Surya Nadi has correlation with the south and west direction. This stream represents all the evil , cruel, and inhuman trends with bad omens at every stage of life. It is not advisable to think of new beginnings or important decisions when the Surya Nadi is active. During the Pingala flow, a common thing like departure from a place can also prove to be harmful.
The three streams link the micro level human consciousness with cosmic consciousness. from another point of view, the five basic elements ( Panch- Maha -Bhutas) at macro level representing the cosmic power are in total conformity with human beings at micro level during Ida flow. This is the period when Preeti-Sangam of different elements in the nature takes place, leading to cosmic bliss.  Vastushastra creates pathways to achieve unhindered natural flow of cosmic energies in harmony with these three streams.
The Ida stream associated with the North and East directions is considered beneficial in Vastushastra.  As against this, the Pingala stream representing the south and west is avoided while planning a house. Least possible side margins to the west and south, with minimum or no openings to these directions and placing of heavy loading in the south, southwest and west zones helps in cutting -off Pingala stream and retaining only the positive energies inside the house.
The flow of the Ida and Pingala alternatively changing over short intervals in a continuous stream is termed as Brahma Nadi or Sushumna stream. In Yogshastra, Sushumna has direct correlation with the entire cosmic reality. Yogshastra advocates silence, meditation, and alertness of mind during the Sushumna flow. This stream represents fresh beginnings and perspective beyond the Ida and Pingala flow.
VASTU-NABHI
Vastu Nabhi is the cosmic naval connection between the microcosm, the Vastu and macrocosm, the nature. Definition of the correct location of the Brahma Nabhi depends on the orientation of the five great elements in the right locations in and around the Vastu.
The form of natural helix as clubbed with the qualities of the directions and the five great elements can define the right location of the Vastu-Nabhi.
Correct alignment of the Vastu Nabhi initiates the cosmic divine connection along the source direction. The clockwise helix of matter is counter balanced with the anticlockwise helix of energy. Matter helix has sink end in the Northeast zone, and the source end in the Southwest zone.
The mysterious cosmic breath is closely linked with helix, the Vastu Nabhi and Brahma. The element Akash(sky) which is event manifest, descends effortlessly along with the cosmic Pranik energy through the Northeast cosmic door of the Vastu and flows without friction, blockage, or impedance along the Vastu helix, for union  with the cosmic breath and revitalization of the Brahma
Vastu Nabhi.
Vastushastra maintains that heavy loads, columns, or pillars should strictly be avoided in the zone of Brahma to keep this mystic flow in a dormant state.
IDA, PINGALA AND DIRECTIONS
Ida has control over East and North directions. All good things, all creative works, arts and research, religious and life promoting activities are attributed to the flow of Ida Nadi (left or northern current flow) . Pingla i.e. Surya Nadi has control over west and south directions. All violent activities, all destructive forces, deployment of weapons, tortures, sorrows, cruel and tough jobs, worldly attractions are attributed to the flow of Surya or Pingala Nadi (right or south flow). Brahma or madhyam Nadi represents only the holy and devotional duties, i.e. reading religious scriptures, meditation, prayers and absence of worldly materials activities. In other words, maintaining Ida flow is good, divine and worldly bliss. To block Pingala flow is to avoid destruction and disturbance.
For a house with minimum side margins to the south and the west on the rear side effectively blocks any Pingala Nadi current and adds all good effects of Ida Nadi by maintaining flow in North and East direction only. To achieve the dynamic stability by equalising gravitational forces, magnetic flux effect and to attain environmental purity and sense of cosmic reality, major load of the house should be aligned to south and west zones of the plot.
Yogshastra asserts that just by maintaining a perfect posture of body, substantial qualities are added to body, mind, and intellect. Similarly, simple alignment and positioning of house in proper zone of a plot as per Vastushastra can add several qualities to the house or a dwelling.

INSIGHT IN TO VASTU-YOGA
the flow of Prana through human body and the flow of cosmic energy through a Vastu are in essence parallel concept.
According to Yogshastra, the universe is composed of two substances: Akash(ether) and Prana(cosmic energy). Everything that has a form, or is the result of a combination evolves out of Akash. It is the Akash that becomes the air, liquids, solids, the human body, animal, plants etc.  Everything we can touch, all the forms we see, everything that exists can be sourced to Akash.
It is so subtle that we cannot perceive it, for it is visible only after it has taken from. The power by which it is transformed into the universe is Prana.
Everything we call energy or force evolves out of Prana. In all forms of life, from the highest to lowest, the Prana is present as a living force. Every force is based on Prana, it is the origin of movement, gravity, magnetism, physical action, the nerve currents and the force of thought. Prana is the soul of all force and energy and there can be no life without it. It is found in the air, water and food. Prana is the vital force inside each living being, and 'thought' is considered to be the highest and the most refined action of Prana. In The Taittiriya Upanishad it is said that the whole existence is based on Prana, is part of Prana and it ends in Prana. Prana belongs to one of the five elements of Panch-Maha-Bhutas i.e. Vayu. It exists in the human body in five more types- Prana, Apana, Vyan, Udan and Saman. These five are correlated with five basic elements- Akash, Vayu, tej, Udak(jal) and Prithvi.
Existence of cosmic energy in a human body is the amalgamation of these five elements with five Prana. The home, the Vastu which serves as a shield of human body, taken care by Vastushastra on the same basic logic that applies to Panch-Prana and the five basic elements.
The Science of Yoga maintains a correlation between existence, realty and truth by effective flow of Panch-Prana.  The rules of Vastushastra beneficially applied; attempt to maintain balance with cosmic reality, to illuminate intelligence and to attain peace by following perfect directions, perfect magnetic flux and perfect coordination of the basic five elements.
In Yogshastra , the flow of Prana in the body is correlated with virtues of five basic elements and qualities of five elements in relation to human body are also defined. Colour, shape, taste and smell of five elements are categorised in Yogshastra. Amongst these colours, shapes, tastes and smells; Vastushastra defines qualities associated with prithivi and jal tatva as good and those with Agni-Tej as unhealthy, while qualities with vayu tatva are considered as inert. This classification matches the scientifically analysed mineral-content in the soil acceptable for use in the base of Vastu.
Any abode demands contribution of all the qualitative parameters like taste, colour, shape, form, sound, and touch. All these qualities are attributed to prithivi-tatva alone. Hence, Vastu science gives importance to influencing expression of prithivi tatva. Here, we see how foundations of Vastu concepts have been derived from Yogshastra. A deep understanding and right selection makes it possible to match definition in Yogshastra and applications in Vastushastra.
Drawing from the yogashastra insight, Vastushastra allots specific characteristics to the five elements. The element earth is visualised as yellow- coloured, water as white, fire as red, wind as blue and the eather as having no definite colour with property to borrow colour from any other element.
The Yogshastra concepts of Prana, Nabhi, Chakra, Panch-Maha-Bhutas, and Panch-Koshas have definite correlation with principles of Vastushastra. In Yogshastra, the Shanmukhi mudra provides the body with qualities of Panch-Maha-Bhutas (five basic elements)and three important streams
or current Ida, Pingala and Sushumna are associated with qualities of directions.
Vastushastra essentials are based on contributions from the Panch- Maha-Bhutas and directions, concepts basically associated with Yogshastra.
YOGSHASTRA - PATH TO CONTENTMENT
The purpose of life is joy. Attaining this goal through finer and subtle means is possible through Yogshastra. Alleviating sorrow and unhappiness has been divine duty of the five sub-Branches of Darshanshastra.
To search for remedy without understanding the causative factor is futile and insane. In upanishad 'Tejas Dravyam', and in modern science, the thought is considered an extension of mind. By its very nature, thought is always translated into some form of electromagnetic waves. As such, the mind has direct correlation with some specific energy field. A disturbed mind presented by a chaotic pattern of electromagnetic signals devoid of any pattern, order or rhythm.
Matter can behave as a particle or a wave. Because of equivalence of mass and energy, we can further say that energy manifest itself either as particle or as waves.
In present scenario, we find it is very difficult to change the orientation of windows and doors in an existing flat or a place of residence. By treating the observed Vastu-Doshas as a reflection of flaws pointed out by Yogshastra, it is possible to reduce the ill effects of incorrect streams in the house. Rather, Yogic remedies help in orienting the internal mind-body mechanism to fight the ill effects of Vastu-Doshas.
We already have seen the correlation between yogic stream Ida (chandra Nadi) and North direction. In case removing the obstacle blocking the north direction of Vastu is not feasible, then doing the Ida- Pranayam as a reactive exercise can contribute towards regaining the lost rhythm in a Vastu due to Northern blockage.
Pingala or Surya Nadi is represented by south direction. As per the Vastu-Purush-Mandal, openings towards the south direction facilitate Yama-Pravah in the Vastu, which places the Jeeva and Prana in mutual opposition. To compensate the loss of efficiency and biorhythm in a human being due to Yama-Pravah, regular Pingala-Pranayam exercise is advised. This Pranayam produces the righ elements in the mind and body to fight the Vastu-Dosha due to Yama-Pravah. Pingala stream is initiated in the human body when the body is in pain, hardship, and difficult rhythm. Activating Pingala stream by Pranayam creates elements that can identify the pain and hardship to put a determined fight against Yama-Pravah.
Yogis often use a supporting stick or 'Kubadi' while sitting in a yogic posture. The Kubadi helps in activating the Ida or the Pingala stream through the pressure applied on the Nadis in the armpit. Thus yogis can remain in any preferred stream for a long duration.
VASTU-DOSHA AND YOGIC REMEDIES
Vastu-Dosha is a projected flaw or deficiency in the known characteristics of eight directions. These directions have been endowed with the qualities based on a classification sourced from the Panch-Maha-Bhutas. Vastu-Dosha implies souring of qualities of the directions under consideration. In turn, Vastu-Dosha is closely associated with the Panch-Maha-Bhutas related qualities of human body, mind and soul. Through 'Sadhana' or meditation, one can incorporate Panch-Maha-Bhutas related qualities of the directions in the human persona. On a microscopic level, these qualities can provide a shield emanating from soul that can protect the person from ill effects of Vastu-Doshas.
Indian Darshanshastra and spiritual disciplines describes many a meditation practices or 'Sadhana' that can serve this very purpose. In this modern era, innovative meditation techniques, which are essentially offshoots of ancient practices, are gaining popularity. Although all these meditation techniques see 'salvation' as the final goal, the virtues experienced by human mind and body vary according to the characteristics of the specific methods. These subtleties in qualities and characteristics can be utilised as form of yogic remedy on Vastu-Dosha.
The Panch-Maha-Bhutas concepts associated Vastu-Dosha with four basic elements - earth (prithvi), water (Jal), Fire(Tej) and wind (Vayu). Since the fifth element, Akash (ether) is the most subtle and fundamental 'Maha-Bhuta', it is said that 'one who wins control over Akash-tatva' is not affected by the ill-effects of dosha (deficiency) in Prithvi, Jal, Tej, and Vayu elements. The spiritual path of enlightenment in a way has a focus on conquering the 'Akash-tatva'. As such a personal shield against effects of Vastu-Dosha can be attained through spiritual regimens. The 'siddha-purushas' or the 'Enlightened' are not touched by any kind of Vastu-Dosha. They conquer the mind and the 'self' and in the process cross the barriers of 'Mana' (mind), 'Pavan'(wind), and 'Gagan' (ether) to establish control over the dominions of nature and god.
Once the mind brought under control through 'Sadhana' (meditation), it frees itself from the shackles of space-time or in effect, from the influence of Vastu-Dosha. The present day ownership-flat culture cannot guarantee layouts designed as per the Vastu principles or provide amiable Vastu domain. Despite a difficult Vastu situation, a happy and contended life can be made possible through the Yogic and spiritual practices.
All types of Sadhana are powerful enough to transport the Mana (mind) to Gagan (ether). But by correlating the self-evident virtues and direction related dosha (deficiency), certain sadhanas have been prescribed to match with specific directional aspects.

Let us first consider the East direction.
Arghyadan- A vastu not receiving benefit of Aditya Pravah due to polluted East direction develops vastu -dosha. Aditya Pravah is closely related with Brahma Muhurta . the concept of deficiency in the east direction implies deprivation of the life- sustaining energies at the sunrise. As such, the traditional invocation of the sun and Arghyadan is the best antidote on this type of vastu-dosha.
The ritual of Arghyadan performed with water is associated with mantra, namaskara, and pranayam. the practice commences with cupping of water in hands and offering it to the goddess Sun  in a ritualistic manner at the predawn hours. The fingers, the palms, the arms are bestowed with the power of sun if one performs Arghyadan daily.
Chinese acupressure technique also aims at recharging Pranik energy flow in the body through some nodal point of spiralling energies in human body is located on the palm itself. these centres receive cosmic energies in the process of Arghyadan. The  recitation of beej Mantras in Suryopasana , the flow of Aditya shakti in Arghyadan, and The Nadi Shodhan (purification of energy channels in the body) in pranayaam initiates diffusion of pran shakti throughout the mind, intellect and body to protect the person from any ill effects of Vastu-dosha.
Homa - Havan - The Fire Worship
The imperfection in the south east direction are related to the anomalous combination of pollutants with the Agni tatva (fire element ). The two types of havan vidhi (rituals)- customary- (nitya) and occasional (naimittik) - performed with prescribed Mantras, burning  of specific plants and shrubs in the  divine fire. Pranayama , viniyog nyas and dhyan create channel for circulation of pran shakti in mind, body intellect and the vastu. Realising the importance of these processes our tradition has incorporated many such routines like udak shanti, graha shanti etc. spread over one's lifetime.
in modern times , positive changes brought about in the immediate environment through havan have become a subject for scientific exploration. In vedic culture, havan is of utmost importance in all rituals, religious ceremony and festivals. Symbolically agni or fire is considered as mouth of the divinity. In havan, medicinal shrubs and plants are consigned the flames through ahuti or  samidha. The yagna concepts refer to ashtdisha (eight directions, ashtdikpal (costodian of the eight directions) and other entities representing some thirty-three energy forms. the layout of the yagnakund (sacrificial altar)  is in itself a distinct form of vastushastra and its symbolic energy correlation is rather mysterious.  All these processes working at divine, earthly, and spiritual levels purify the mind, the soul, the intellect, the egoist self and the body.
SUDARSHAN KRIYA
a vastu having predominant flaws associated with its southern direction, is subjected to the Yama Tandava of solar energies. such a house , all the time faces unforeseen and mysterious calamities. The south direction is closely associated with the tenth house of a natural horoscope. Tenth house is a Karma Sthan indicative of business , employment , and paternal  protection. The seventh house of horoscope is associated with marriage. As such the tenth house, because of its fourth position from the marriage house, indicates conjugal bliss. Therefore difficulties in marriage are invariably linked with deficiencies of south direction. The jaivik effects of southern Vastu-dosha persist long after the dosha is terminated. Sudarshan kriya is very effective in controlling effects of vastu-dosha in the south direction.
The sudarshan kriya procedure produces immediate observable constructive influence on the mind, the soul, the intellect, the egoist self and the body. This initiates smooth circulation of the divine pranik energy in the body, making it resistant to effects of he any vastu-dosha. this yogic practice includes the fundamentals of Dhyan, pranayama, soham sadhana, and patanjali yoga. The nadi shodhan as proposed by adi shankaracharya is easily achieved in this kriya. In the  Japdhyan kriya, after chanting 100000 counts (purashcharan) the jap takes microscopic form in its traverse from the vaikhari to nabhi. But, in sudarshan kriya the japdhyan accelerates towards the nabhi chakra, as the rhythmic pace of the prana is a sense merges the three states - mana, pavan, and gagan . In such a state, the sadhak may immediately undergo experiences like stillness of mind, unconsciousness, deep yogic sleep, recollection of previous birth, or extreme sense of happiness. Generally, this process stimulates the action of pingala pranayama, and as such, it is essential that the sadhak rest himself on the right side of his body after main kriya to set the Ida current in motion before terminating kriya.
Vastushastra and yogashastra are closely connected with the northeast and southwest directions through Ida and pingala current flow characteristics. Therefore, the sudarshan kriya , which stimulates pingala pranayama, is one of the best antidotes against polluted south direction.
Shaktipat Yoga Diksha and Reiki
For the vastu dosha related to southwest direction, it is seen that the incidents taking place in the life of the owner of the Vastu are closely linked with the eighth house in his horoscope. In a sense his personality is annihilated in so many ways through these events. Thinking of even a remedial measure is sometimes beyond the scope and ambit of such a person. In such case help indeed is available through a diksha similar to shaktipat diksha, in which pranik energy circulates through the human mind, intellect, and the body  under the guidance and control of a Guru or the master. At appropriate time, counselling and teaching of the Guru smoothly processes of Kundalini jagaran ( awakening the Kundalini) to chakrabhedan kriya (passage through the chakras)  . The thoughts and wishes of the satguru can automatically catalyse many a Yogic Kriya  in the disciple to ease the circulation of Pranik energy flow and smoothening of the difficult tasks like Yama-Niyama.
Reiki  a Japanese meditation  practice is very popular nowadays. Reiki can also be classified as a type of Shaktipat Yoga.  Reiki involves circulation of motherly tender touch, mother and child dialogue, and motherly yogic process inthe Mana, chitta, and Buddhi Koshas of the sadhak to take him to a higher dimension of consciousness. In Reiki treating, positive thoughts and wishes of a person and his mental attitude brings about flow of cosmic energy through the panch-kosha  of the patient  or the personality suffering difficulties in life. It is possible to simulate Reiki-like Yoganidra type energy channelling through the use of Hindu symbols like Aum, Swastika, Mantrabeej, Lotus etc.
Transcendental Meditation
This yogic line of Sadhana uses many a practices from the ancient Patanjali Yoga, interwoven with insight of modern psychology. The technique aims at achieving happiness in day to day life by managing the entire day through the precepts of Yogic philosophy. For the present day stressful lifestyle governed by Hurry, curry and worry this yogic style has its own importance.
Vastu-Dosha associated with the west direction point towards split personality, impatient and undisciplined  mental makeup. As such, transcendental meditation provides the right balance and discipline in the routine life to counter the ill effects of deficiencies in the west direction.
Pranayama and Yogasana
Vastu-dosha originating from flaws in northwest direction generally results in disturbed mental state of the owner and the decision making capacity of the person somehow gets neutralised by extraneous  circumstances. We must note that, northwest is controlled by the Vayu-tatva (element wind) and Pran in fact is a manifestation of the vayu in the form of breath. Hence in the northwest type Vastu-dosha, the Yogasana controlling  the breathing and  Pran are very important. As it is, Yogasanas and Pranayamas are closely interwoven. regular practice of Yogasanas makes a person aware of the sensation of Pran in the vicinity of the Nabhi-Chakra. Nabhi is also known as the dormant brain. Nabhi, in fact, is source of all energy forms in the body. the movement of the pran towards the remote Nabhi-chakra proves a constructive influence on the Mana, Chitta, and Buddhi. This rejuvenating and invigorating Yogshakti can overcome all types of doshas or drawbacks in life.
Even the Chinese Yogic philosophy considers Nabhi Pranayama  as an important aspect of Yogic practice. Breathing technique of infants and young children involves in and out movement of stomach. The relevance of this natural movement in inhalation and exhalation, and in general , for deep and sustained breathing is well understood in Chinese Yogic Practice.
In the Indian Ashtang Yoga, the Asanas, body posturees and rhythmic movement of the body automatically inculcate the deep breathing technique in the sadhak.
Vipasna (विपासना )
Vipasana basically adhyan technique derived from Buddha Dharma practices. It is similar to Neti-Neti (नेती नेती ), tratak (त्राटक ), Bhrumadhya(भ्रूमध्य) and other Dhyan procedures in Indian Yogshastra. The essence of Vipasan practice lies in achieving  the Turiya(तुरीय), the fourth state of consciousness by remaining inactive witness(साक्षीभाव ) to the transitions taking place in the surroundings. Turiya is state of mind beyond Jagruti (जागृति), swapna(स्वप्न), and sushupti(सुषुप्ति), but at microscopic level its presence is noted in all the three states. Vipasana takes the sadhak towards Turiya through Layayog (लययोग ) and swaryoga(स्वरयोग).
Vastu-Dosha  in North direction generally implies heart troubles. This direction is associated with jaivik urja in vastushastra. So is the importance of Vipasana in counterbalancing the Vastu dosha originating from north direcion.
In the Chinese acupuncture technique, it is assumed that the energy contours for senses define circular Chakra type path in the body. In vipasana concentrated power of the mind is focused on various Bindus or points in the body and on different parts of the body in a sequential manner.
Acupuncture  technique aims at inducing revitalising vibrations in biochemical processes by applying pressure on specific points on chakra-shaped energy contours. Similar effect is achieved in Vipasana by making use of subtle energies of mind and senses in the process of meditation.
taking up a role of non-interacting witness, constantly watching  the inner and outer movements of the breathing process is the backbone of Vipasana technique. the experience can be best described in words of Sant Dynaneshwar: "Its speed is simply incomparable, it has even outpaced the mind itself".
The dhyan technique of observing the self by becoming inactive witness finds references in Nath-Panth (
नाथ पंथ ) sect also.
Yogshastra says life-forces is located at the point where the mind is focused. Layayog and its spherical vibrations of sensation cleanse the entire body by attaining the necessary concentration of mind.
Soham Sadhana (सोऽहम साधना )
Soham sadhan incorporates Sadhana techniques like Pranayama (प्राणायाम ), swaryoga(स्वरयोग), Tratak(त्राटक), sakshibhav(साक्षीभाव ), Pranav sadhana (प्रणव साधना ), and sudarshan kriya (सुदर्शन क्रिया). it is basically the Rajyoga diksha(राजयोग दीक्षा ) prescribed by the Nath Sect. this sadhana has a set pattern- Bhadtrika(भस्त्रिका ),  Aumkar Uccharan (ओंकार उच्चारण ), Ujjayi Shwasan (उज्जयी श्वसन ), and then constant observation of the self without active participation. by watching the slow moving rhythm of the breathing process, the mind is brought under control. Soham Sadhana is the art of experiencing the formless Gagan and imbiding its essence by making the Mana(mind) ride the chariot of Pavan.
This Dhyan technique is most effective on the Vastu-dosha associated with Northeast direction , which affects the sources of positive energy flow. The Northeast directional deficiencies produce detrimental effects matching in intensity to those originating from the Vastu-dosha in the southwest direction. As such, soham sadhana, which derives its strength from all the Yoga disciplines is beneficial as  a remedy against  Vastu -dosha in the Northeast direction.
Soham Sadhana vanquishes the Doshas related to the four basic elements- Prithvi, Jal, Tej and Vayu- by focusing sublime qualities of the element Gagan(आकाश ) on the mind.
Bhastrika removes the bad habits like laziness and sleepiness in the sadhak, facilitating Nadi-shodhan. pranav- Ucchar awakens the senses in the deep confines of the inner Pran-kosha. Ujjayi Shwasan creates a link between natural soham reaction and the individual breathing process. this in turn constructs a bridge to Pind-Brahma, which is essential for smooth passage of Pran-shakti. Then the dormant Mana(mind) can easily ascend to the Gagan.
Since Soham Sadhana is  a ritual suited for Rajyoga, it is smooth, easy, and safe.
So for now we have seen the relevance of different Yogic practices for pacifying the mind and body subjected to ill effects brought about by flaws in qualities of Vastu directions. the benefits of these yogic disciplines are manifold. An individual not only achieves stability of mind and mental peace, his body and mind develop the strength  to successfully counter the ill effects of direction related Vastu-dosha. Thus, he is blessed with a cosmic protective shield.

Rudra - The Eleven Dimensional force-field - Eleven dimensional Space

Rudra - The Eleven Dimensional force-field - Eleven dimensional Space

by TBT

Background

Aitareya Upanishad says Purusha was drawn out and spread to protect the Universe, from the same essence/soul from which Amba came.  According to Aitareya Upanishad Purusha was formed to bind and protect the Universe. Modern Science says Dark matter could possibly be the binding force of the Universe.
Also Purusha Suktam says that Purusha fills 3/4th of Universe, while modern science says dark matter fills 3/4th of Universe. Sankhya philosophy states that Purusha never interacts with Prakrti, but influences the gunas of prakrti. Modern science says that dark matter never interacts with matter but is not aware of how dark matter influences matter

Rudra: Force that vibrates the Strings

Rudra means vibrations. Ru indicates howl/cry/vibrations. Dra indicates running. Rudra means running vibrations. Vibrations that run and spread far and wide. In other words vibrations that make the Universe. Many interpret this vibration as ‘howling’ and western scholar interpret Rudra as ‘howler’. Rudra is the force that vibrates. In that sense, yes Rudra is a howler.
In the Aitareya Upanishad, formations of strings from a plasmic quark-gluon condensate is described, in the explanation provided by me in my blog on Aitareya Upanishad. The force that sets these vibrations is called Rudra.  Rudra has 11 different types of vibrations and these vibrations make up the entire Universe and its space.
These 11 different types of vibrations of Rudra and thus the 11 different spatial dimensions are explained in this blog, along with the reasons for different names of Rudra.

Rudra and Space

According to Aitareya Upanishad, Space of Universe is formed by Marichi, which is a set of force fields. Marichi is a set of three vibrations or force fields that form the fundamental space of Universe. Refer to my blog on Aitareya Upanishad.
But space of Universe, as we perceive it, is a set of eleven vibrations or eleven force fields, corresponding to eleven Rudras. These force fields or vibrations fill the space, act on matter and biological beings and trigger/guide the evolutionary process. Thus Space is nothing but a set of force fields and vibrations.
Each vibration or force field of Space is seen/perceived as a spatial dimension both mathematically and logically.
There are eleven Rudras corresponding to eleven vibrations/force fields present in the space. Each force field in space translate to one dimension of space. Hence there are eleven dimensions of space corresponding to eleven Rudras. Thus Rudras and Space are same.

Neela-Kanda – Amba – The first Vibration – Maha Deva

Rudra is called Neela-Kanda because Rudra the Maha-Deva (or the Great Force) was born from the Blue junction of Amba and linga which split and content of Amba and Linga fused as explained in my blog on Nasadiya Suktam.
Rudra is Neela-Kanda not because Rudra is blue throated, but because Rudra the Maha-Deva or Great force is born from a Blue-throat or Blue junction of Amba. Rudra the Great Force is the first Vibration (Howling) of Rudra. (as explained in my blog on Nasadiya Suktam)
This force field born from Amba called the Maha Deva manifests itself throughout the Universe.
Amba is a point somewhere in the Universe from which everything has evolved (and towards which everything is going back) as explained in my blog on Nasadiya Suktam. This point of Amba is the first Spatial dimension of the Universe.
This point of Amba is also the reference to the first spatial dimension of the Universe. All things can be referred with respect to the position of Amba (moving towards or moving far off).

Kala-Agni – Purusha – The second Vibration - Shiva

Purusha (dark matter) influences a fire on Amba and is called the Kala-Agni or Black Fire, according to my explanation of Aitareya Upanishad. Purusha (dark matter) manifests itself as a fire in Amba. This fire on Amba is the second Vibration (Howling) of Rudra.
The force field of Purusha (dark matter) called Shiva is present throughout the Universe. Krishna says in Bhagavat Gita, that he is the Shiva of the Rudras in this context that Shiva is a manifestation of Purusha as Vishnu/Krishna is. The force field of dark matter forms the next constituent of space and is the second dimension of space.
The spread out plane of dark matter of Purusha is the second spatial dimension of the Universe. The dark matter is also a reference to the second spatial dimension of the Universe. All things in Universe can be referred with the respect to position of Amba and Purusha in two dimensions.

Trika-Agni Kala – Marichi – The third, fourth, fifth vibrations -  Bhima, Virupaksha, Vilohita

Purusha starts a fire on Amba and that gives rise to three different Vibrations or Force Fields called Marichi. These three different Vibrations are the third, fourth and fifth Vibrations of Rudras. This is explained in my blog on Aitareya Upanishad.
According to my interpretation of Aitareya Upanishad, Prana is the strong binding force field that results at sub-atomic scales the Strong Force (gluons), akSi/Caksu is a high penetrating/pervading, high intensity force field, but limited range, the Cosmic Microwave Background (a form of electro-magnetic radiation), Karnau is a high boring force with infinite range called Higgs force field, which causes the mass of particles and results in Gravitational force.
Each of these force field is a vibration of Rudra or the howling of Rudra.
Hence Rudra is also called Trika-Agni Kala, as Rudra results in these three force fields or three fires from the Black fire. Aitareya Upanishad says Universal space is formed out of Marichi which is the Sum of these 3 force fields that emerge from Amba.
Marichi is made of these three force fields and forms the Space according to Aitareya Upanishad. When Mara (the mortal particles as explained below) interact with Marichi (the force fields) they give rise to various ‘quanta’  or ‘packets’ of energy, which can be visualized as a particke. No wonder, Marichi means both a field and a particle.
Strong Force (gluons) field, CMB and Higgs are three force fields that can be visualized as the bed that forms the space on which all matter particles evolve. This to some extent explains why Gravitational field warps near massive bodies. According to this explanation almost all the three fields including the electro-magnetic field of CMB and strong force fields warps near massive bodies like stars and planets apart from Gravitational field.

Strong Force Field – Third Spatial Dimension

The Strong force field is the third dimension of Space. In other words third spatial dimension of Universe is due to the Strong force field that is present and forms a fundamental layer of space.
All things in Universe can be referenced with the Strong force field and are impacted by Strong Force field.
Since all known matter particles are impacted by the Strong Force field (of prana), all known particles are three dimensional in nature.
According to Modern science ‘quanta’ or ‘packet’ of this Strong force field is called ‘gluons’, which is in the family of Bosons. This is called Prana in Aitareya Upanishad and provides the third spatial dimension of Universe.  This force field is called the Bhima Rudra.

Cosmic Microwave Background – Fourth Spatial Dimension

The force field that causes cosmic microwave background is the fourth dimension of Space. The fourth dimension of a matter particle is dependent on the quantity of its impact by the Electro-magnetic field of this CMB.
For eg. all matter including biological beings are four dimensional in nature, the quantity of impact varying.
All things in Universe can be referenced with the Electro-magnetic field.
According to Modern science ‘quanta’ or ‘packet’ of this CMB are the ‘photons’ which is in the family of Bosons. This is called Caksu in Aitareya Upanishad and is the fourth spatial dimension of Universe. This force field is called the Virupaksha Rudra.

Higgs Field – Fifth Spatial Dimension

The Higgs field is the fifth dimension of Space or fifth vibration of Rudra. In other words the fifth spatial dimension of Universe is due to the Higgs field.
The fifth dimension of matter is dependent on the quantity of its impact by the Higgs field. Bigger the size of an object or particle, bigger is the fifth dimension of a particle. For eg Earth can said to posses a larger fifth dimension compared to an object inside the Earth.
According to Modern Science the quanta or packet of this Higgs fields is called ‘Higgs Boson”, which is in the family of Bosons. This is called Karna in the Aitareya Upanishad. This force field is called the Vilohita Rudra

Tripura-Antaka – Mara – Sixth, Seventh, Eight Vibrations – Abhirbudhnya, Shasta, Ajapada

The strings that form on Amba start vibrating in three different ways and makes these strings look like different forms of Matter particles. There are 3 basic vibrations that make three basic different types of Matter particles.
Mara means mortal matter. Mara has three basic forms. Hrdyam (core particles), Mana (hidden particles) and Candrama (satellite particles). These are formed from strings that crystallized out of Amba’s heat and suffocation, due to different vibrations.

Three Hidden Vibrations – Three Hidden Dimensions (6,7,8)

The vibration of String that forms the Core particles is the sixth Vibration of Rudra. The vibration of String that forms the Hidden particles is the seventh vibration of Rudra. The vibration of String that forms the Satellite particles is the Eighth Vibration of Rudra.
According to modern science, Core particles (Hrdayam of Aitareya) could be mapped to Baryons, Hidden particles (mana of Aitareya) to Mesons and Satellite particles (Candrama of Aitareya) to Leptons. Baryons and Mesons together are from family of Quarks.
But these vibrations are hidden deep inside the strings and are not perceived unlike the vibrations of Marichi. These are known only in the form of matter particles that have a mortal form. In other words, the vibrations are immortal, while the matter particles that are formed out of these vibrations of strings are mortal. Mara means mortal form of matter that has death.
Thus compared to other vibrations of Rudra (for eg Marichi), these three vibrations of Rudra that form the Mara are completely hidden and ended deep inside the matter particles.
Tripura means three blocks or a set of three or three sides or three dimensions. Antaka means boundary or that is hidden. Tripura Antaka means that ends or hides the three dimensions. Rudra is Tripura-Antaka as Rudra’s these three vibrations are hidden or ended deep within the strings that make up the Mara particles. Hence these three spatial dimensions, though they are present everywhere, are hidden.
In Spatial terms, these three vibrations form the sixth, seventh and eighth dimensions of Spatial Universe and are present all throughout the Universe, but are hidden. All matter particles possess the sixth, seventh and eighth spatial dimensions, but this force field or dimension is kind of curled up deep inside the particles.
Mapping Aitareya Upanishad to Modern science, it can be safely said that strings formed of Amba vibrate and produce Quarks, Leptons and Bosons.

Tryambaka – Apa – Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Vibrations – Bhava, Chanda, Shambu

Though I had explained Tryambaka (the three forms of Amba or three products of Amba) as Marichi, Mara and Apa, the more accurate explanation for Tryambaka is the three forms of Apa. (Refer to my blog on Mrtyunjaya Mantra)
Rudra’s ninth, tenth and eleventh vibrations manifest in biological sphere. These vibrations are present all over the Universe and emanate from Amba.

Force field that forms Complex Protein – 9th Dimension

Ziznam is a rod or tail like structure that rises and forms the basis of life. I interpret them as complex proteins that gives rise to the Dhruva, Dhara, Anila and Anala of Ashta Vasus. These in turn give rise to the DNA and various other structures on which rides the consciousness of Purusha in the form of Narayana.
Rudra is the Vibration that creates the ziznam. This is the ninth vibration of Rudra.  This vibration of Rudra gives rise to primitive proteins that form the DNA when conditions for it are appropriate in the Universe.

Force field that forms acidic medium – 10th Dimension

Reta gives rise to Soma, the acidic substance of the Ashta Vasus.  In this acidic substance floats the DNA and this Soma forms the nucleus in advanced cells. This is the tenth vibration of Rudra.
This is the tenth vibration of Rudra that gives rise to Soma or nucleus of cells, when conditions for it are appropriate in the Universe.

Force field that forms alkaline medium – 11th Dimension

The eleventh vibration of Rudra gives rise to Apa the alkaline medium of life. This is nothing but cyto-plasmic fiber filaments that make up the cyto-plasm. Thus Rudras eleventh force field gives rise to advanced cells and beings under appropriate Universal conditions.
Thus Rudra is called the Tryambaka, as the three vibrations of Rudra give rise to life.

Rudra – The Dakshinamoorthy

Rudra the force-fields emanate from Amba. These force-fields can be visualized as emanating from the top of Amba (in the North) and moving towards Southern Direction.
Hence Rudra the force fields are called Dakshinamoorthy, which means the ‘Southern manifestation’.
Thus these eleven force-fields can be visualized similar to lines of magnetic field that moves from North to South, as moving from North of Amba to South of Amba. Hence Rudra faces the South direction

Expanding force-fields – Expansion of Space/Universe

The expansion of Universe is nothing but the expansion of Universal space. The expansion of Universal space is nothing but the expansion of force-fields or Rudras.
Thus as the force-fields expand from North to south, the Universe expands moving away from north of source point (Amba) of Universe. But as the expansion keeps accelerating, the universal space or the eleven force-fields that constitute the space keep moving towards the south of Amba or in other words, Universe collapses back into Amba, only to re-emerge from Amba and the cycle continues.
This cycle of expansion and collapsing of Universe is well documented in Bhagavata and several puranas. This is called the Rudra-Thandava or the Dance of Rudra (Dance of running vibrations) alternating between life and death.
Thus the direction of ‘South’ is associated with death and destruction. Thus Rudra the force fields get associated with death and destruction.

The names of Eleven Rudras

Though the names of Rudras propounded by different scriptures are varied and depends on the time at which a certain scripture was written, a standard reference could be the Jyotish sastras which contain the eleven divisions of Rudramsa. Since the Vedic astrology is tightly linked to astronomy the Rudras mentioned in Jyothis sastras could be taken as a reference for the name of Rudras.
The eleven Rudras that rule the eleven division chart of Rudramsa are Kapali; Pingala; Bhima; Virupaksha;Vilohita; Shasta; Ajapada; Abhirbudhnya; Shambu; Chanda ;and Bhava.
Kapali indicates the Skull (expressed in feminine terms) or a cup/bowl that is used to hold food. In other words it could be termed as the female head or female provider. It denotes the force of Rudra embedded deep inside Amba. Hence the first Rudra is the Kapali Rudra.
Pingala indicates a Reddish brown fire. It is the fire that starts in Amba under the influence of Purusha, as explained above. Hence the second Rudra is the Pingala Rudra
Bhima indicates a strong, terrific and tremendous force. It is the Prana force  (Strong Force or Gluons in modern terms) that builds up the fire in Amba, as explained above. Hence the third Rudra is the Bhima Rudra.
Virupa-aksha indicates multi-fold, multi-colored eyes. It is the akSi/Caksu force (CMB force field) that emanates from Amba, as explained above. Hence the fourth Rudra is the Virupaksha Rudra.
Vilohita indicates deep red force. Red indicates long range. It is the Higgs force-field that has a long range with low intensity (Higgs field) as explained above. Hence the fifth Rudra is the Vilohita Rudra.
Abhirbudnya indicates something that is in the depths or deep inside the core. It is the Vibration that causes the strings formed on Amba to vibrate like Core particles (Baryons), as explained above. Hence the sixth Rudra is the Abhirbudhnya Rudra.
Shasta indicates to restrain, control, order or command. It is the vibration that causes the strings formed on Amba to look like the hidden particles, which are the ‘Mana’ Particles (Mesons) as explained above. Hence the seventh Rudra is the Shasta Rudra.
Ajapada indicates goat footed. It is the vibration that causes the strings formed on Amba to move away and form the Satellite particles (Leptons) with a different Vibration. This is the force that brings in the Apana (driving away force or Weak Force of W and Z bosons) and starts the process of the Radio-active Decay which is nothing but death, as explained in my blog on Aitareya Upanishad.
It is called goat-footed as with this force atoms get formed with  penta/hexagonal structure. (multiple elliptical orbits of satellite particles around the core particles form a goat-foot shaped structure)
Bhava indicates coming to existence or birth. It is the vibration that causes ziznam. Hence the ninth Rudra is the Bhava Rudra.
Chanda indicates alluring or inviting. It is the vibration that causes the Reta which means a moving stream or flow. Hence the tenth Rudra is the Chanda Rudra.
Shambu indicates bring together or meet or joining. It is the vibration that brings together ziznam, reta and Apa and provides the platform for life, as explained above. Hence the eleventh Rudra is the Shambu Rudra.
All biological beings possess the ninth, tenth and eleventh dimensions, in the Spatial Universe. The force fields that are present in space everywhere (that emanate from Amba) drive the process of creation of proteins, acidic mediums and alkaline medium which initiates the process of biological life. These force fields could be understood as manifesting as environmental conditions for the evolution of biological life (for eg water, temperature etc) all over the Universe to create these proteins, acids and bases.

Rudra and Narayana

While Rudra is a set of eleven vibrations that emanate from Amba, the starting point of Universe and act in eleven different ways, Maha-Vishnu/Narayana/Hari are evolution of consciousness of Purusha in the process of Self-Realization.
According to Nasadiya Suktam, the whole formation of Universe and the evolutionary process is due to the attempt of realization of Self by the ‘Unknown’ by going through intelligence evolution.

Conclusion

In this blog, I had mapped the eleven Rudras to the forces mentioned in the Aitareya Upanishad Khanda I and to Scientific theories of evolution of Universe. From the Aitareya Upanishad, I had propounded concepts of Space being a combination of invisible force fields.
The new findings for science (which need to be validated), if this interpretation is true are:
  1. Space is a set of force-fields or vibrations, specifically eleven force-fields.
  2. While CMB and Higgs field are known in modern science, if this interpretation is true Strong force or Gluons is also a field that is omnipresent in the Universe.
  3. If this interpretation is true, then there are totally eleven force fields that make up the space of this Universe.
  4. Force fields of Source point of Universe, Force field of dark matter, force field of Strong force, CMB, Higgs Field, Force fields that vibrate strings and create quarks, leptons and Bosons, force fields that create complex proteins, acidic and alkaline medium that sustain life.
  5. First dimension is the source point (Amba) of Universe, Plane of dark matter  (Purusha) is the second dimension, Strong Force field is the third dimension, Cosmic Microwave Background is the fourth dimension, Higgs field gives the fifth dimension, vibrations that make the baryons is the sixth dimension, vibrations that make the mesons is the seventh dimension, vibrations that make the leptons is the eighth dimension, force fields that create complex proteins the ninth dimension, force fields that create acidic medium the tenth dimension, force fields that create the alkaline medium the eleventh dimension.
  6. References to the position of Amba and Purusha gives the two known spatial dimensions and strong force field creates the third dimension of Space.
  7. Rudra the force carrier or force field and space are same as space is made of eleven force-field or Rudras
  8. As Rudra is eleven dimensional, Space is also eleven dimensional.
  9. Force fields act in biological dimensions too triggering formation of complex proteins, acidic and alkaline mediums to sustain life. Evolution of consciousness or intelligence is driven by Narayana (manifestation of Purusha) on this.
  10. The force fields of Rudra move from North of Amba to South of Amba.
  11. Expansion of Universe is the expansion of force-fields or space which move from North of Amba to South of Amba. Thus expansion of Universe is same as collapsing of Universe back into Amba and this cycle goes on repeating.
